Virginia High School Volleyball - Tabb nudged by Covenant

September 16, 2023: Yorktown, VA 23693

The Covenant Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Tabb Tigers to 1 in the Eagles non-league victory on Saturday.

The Eagles now have a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Timberlake Christian for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 19. Covenant will meet a Tornadoes team coming off a 3-0 league win over Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy (Moneta, VA). The Tornadoes record now stands at 11-1.

The Tigers (6-4) will now prepare for their game against Grafton (Yorktown, VA). The Clippers enter the Bay Rivers game with a 7-4 record. In their last game, Grafton nipped Hedgesville (Hedgesville, WV), 2-0, in a non-league game.
