In their next game, the Vikings face the Bethlehem Catholic Hawks (Bethlehem, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 23. Allentown Central Catholic will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Hawks go into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 12-6 non-league loss to Easton Area (Easton, PA).
