New Mexico High School Football - Atrisco Heritage Academy trounced by La Cueva
September 16, 2024: Albuquerque, NM 87121 La Cueva Bears (Albuquerque, NM) followers went home pleased Monday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Atrisco Heritage Academy Jaguars (Albuquerque, NM), 55-22 in a league battle.
With the win, La Cueva advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Bears travel to Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM) to play the Storm in a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 25. The Storm go into the battle with a record of 2-2.
The Jaguars now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to West Mesa for a battle on Monday, September 23. Atrisco Heritage Academy will play a Mustangs team coming off a 40-22 non-league win over St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-3.
