New Mexico High School Football - West Las Vegas thwarted by Santa Fe
September 16, 2024: Santa Fe, NM 87505 Santa Fe Demons (Santa Fe, NM) fans went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting West Las Vegas Dons (Las Vegas, NM), 35-12 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Santa Fe improves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Demons travel to St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM) to play the Horsemen in a non-league battle on Monday, October 7. The Horsemen go into the battle with a record of 2-0.
The Dons now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Espanola Valley for a non-league battle on Monday, September 23. West Las Vegas will play a Sundevils team coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Capital (Santa Fe, NM). The Sundevils record now stands at 0-3.
