Illinois High School Soccer - Highland Park nudges Niles North
September 16, 2024: Highland Park, IL 60035 Fans at Monday's non-league battle between the Highland Park Giants (Highland Park, IL) and the visiting Niles North Vikings (Skokie, IL), saw Highland Park's soccer squad hold off Niles North by a count of 2-1.
The Giants (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Maine West (Des Plaines, IL). The Warriors enter the non-league battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, Maine West Lincoln Park (Chicago, IL), 1-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Vikings battle the Niles West Wolves (Skokie, IL) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, September 18. Niles North will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
