September 16, 2024: Washington, DC 20009 Bell Griffins (Washington, DC) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Cardozo Clerks (Washington, DC), 4-0 in a league match.
With the triumph, Bell moves its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Griffins host School Without Walls (Washington, DC) to meet the Penguins in a DCIAA match on Wednesday, September 18. The Penguins come into the match with a record of 1-3. School Without Walls lost 4-0 in their recent non-league match against Georgetown Day (Washington, DC)
The Clerks now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dunbar for a DCIAA match on Monday, September 23. Cardozo will meet a Crimson Tide team coming off a 0-0 league McKinley Tech (Washington, DC). The Crimson Tide record now stands at 0-1.
