September 16, 2024: Montezuma, IA 50171 The Montezuma Braves volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Colfax-Mingo Tigerhawks to 1 in the Braves league triumph on Monday.
The Braves now have a 8-7 record. They play next when they host GMG for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 17. Montezuma will play a Wolverines team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Dunkerton (Dunkerton, IA). The Wolverines record now stands at 9-2.
With the loss, Colfax-Mingo drops to 3-5 on the campaign. The Tigerhawks travel to H-L-V (Victor, IA) to play the Warriors in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 19.
