September 16, 2024: Tazewell, VA 24651 The Fort Chiswell Pioneers topped the host Tazewell Bulldogs volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Monday's non-league game.
Next up, the Pioneers face the Auburn Eagles (Riner, VA) in a Mountain Empire game, on Tuesday, September 17. Fort Chiswell will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record. The Eagles go into the game with a 12-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Rappahannock (Warsaw, VA).
The Bulldogs (0-8) will now prepare for their game against Castlewood (Castlewood, VA). The Blue Devils go into the non-league game with a 3-0 record. In their last game, Castlewood gained a win over Twin Valley (Pilgrims Knob, VA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
