September 16, 2024: Lakewood, NJ 08701 The Lakewood Piners topped the visiting Keyport Raiders volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league game.
Next up, the Piners face the Donovan Catholic Griffins (Toms River, NJ) in a Shore B - South game, on Tuesday, September 17. Lakewood will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Griffins go into the game with a 3-0 record after their 2-0 league win over Pinelands Regional (Tuckerton, NJ).
The Raiders (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Manasquan (Manasquan, NJ). The Warriors go into the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Manasquan gained a win over Point Pleasant Beach (Point Pleasant Beach, NJ), 2-1, in a non-league game.
