September 16, 2025: Somerset, KY 42503 Taylor County Cardinals (Campbellsville, KY) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Southwestern Warriors (Somerset, KY), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Taylor County moves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Barren County (Glasgow, KY) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league test on Monday, September 22. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 0-1.
The Warriors now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Madison Southern for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 18.
