September 16, 2025: Roswell, NM 88201 Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Gateway Christian Warriors (Roswell, NM) and the visiting Mescalero Apache Chiefs (Mescalero, NM), saw Gateway Christian's volleyball squad notch a victory over Mescalero Apache by a score of 3-0.
With the win, Gateway Christian improves its record to 5-1 on the season. The Warriors travel to Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences, NM) to encounter the Tigers in a non-league battle on Friday, September 19. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 6-3. Hot Springs won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Chaparral (Chaparral, NM)
Next, the Chiefs meet the Eunice Cardinals (Eunice, NM) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 18. Mescalero Apache will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The Cardinals go into the test with a 3-6 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Elida (Elida, NM).
