Hale Eagles (Hale, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Mio-Au Sable Thunderbolts (Mio, MI), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, Hale improves its record to 5-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Whittemore-Prescott (Whittemore, MI) to face the Cardinals in a North Star test on Thursday, September 18. The Cardinals go into the test with a record of 0-8.

The Thunderbolts now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hillman for a North Star game on Tuesday, September 30.
