Oklahoma High School Football - Enid held off by MacArthur
September 17, 2021: Enid, OK 73701 In Friday's non-league game, the MacArthur Highlanders (Lawton, OK) football team tipped the host Enid Plainsmen (Enid, OK), by a final score of 28-21.
The Highlanders (3-0) will now prepare for their game against Duncan (Duncan, OK). The Demons come into the 5A District 1 game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Duncan got by Scranton Prep (Scranton, PA), 56-0, in a non-league game.
The Plainsmen now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jenks for a 6A-I District 1 game on Friday, September 24. Enid will battle a Trojans team coming off a 22-0 non-league win over Union (Tulsa, OK). The Trojans record now stands at 2-1.
