Virginia High School Football - Patriot drops to Gar-Field
September 17, 2021: Woodbridge, VA 22192 In Friday's non-league game, the Gar-Field Red Wolves (Woodbridge, VA) football team knocked off the visiting Patriot Pioneers (Nokesville, VA), by a score of 21-13.
The Red Wolves (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Freedom (Woodbridge, VA). The Eagles come into the Cardinal game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Freedom toppled Unity Reed (Manassas, VA), 35-0, in a non-league game.
The Pioneers now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Osbourn Park for a Western game on Friday, September 24. Patriot will battle a Yellowjackets team coming off a 40-14 non-league win over Herndon (Herndon, VA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 2-1.
