The Cohoes Tigers football team (Cohoes, NY), was beaten 29-6 in Saturday's league challenge with the visiting Scotia-Glenville Tartans (Scotia, NY)

The Tartans (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Gloversville (Gloversville, NY). The Huskies/Dragons come into the Section 2 B challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Gloversville prevailed over Lansingburgh (Troy, NY), 22-6, in a league outing.

With the loss, Cohoes moves to 0-2 on the season. The Tigers travel to Schalmont (Schenectady, NY) to confront the Sabres in a Section 2 B outing on Friday, September 23. The Sabres go into the outing with a record of 1-3. Schalmont won 46-0 in their recent league outing against Green Tech (Albany, NY)
