New York High School Soccer - Broadalbin-Perth nudges Mechanicville
September 17, 2022: Mechanicville, NY 12118 Broadalbin-Perth Patriots (Broadalbin, NY) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Mechanicville Red Raiders (Mechanicville, NY), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Patriots confront the Scotia-Glenville Tartans (Scotia, NY) in a Foothills Council- North challenge, on Tuesday, September 20. Broadalbin-Perth will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Tartans enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 4-0 league win over Johnstown (Johnstown, NY).
The Red Raiders now possess a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Emma Willard for a Central Hudson Valley challenge on Monday, September 19.
