September 17, 2022: South Pasadena, CA 91030 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Taft Toreadors (Woodland Hills, CA) and the host South Pasadena Tigers (South Pasadena, CA), saw Taft's volleyball squad beat South Pasadena by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Taft upgrades its record to 13-3 on the year. The Toreadors travel to Cleveland (Reseda, CA) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 17. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 4-2. Cleveland won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Eagle Rock (Los Angeles, CA)
The Tigers now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Monrovia for a bout on Thursday, September 22. South Pasadena will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Windward (Los Angeles, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-7.
