September 17, 2022: Washington, GA 30673 The Washington-Wilkes Tigers softball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting Towns County Indians to 0 in the Tigers league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Washington-Wilkes moves its record to 3-10 on the year. The Tigers host Lincoln County (Lincolnton, GA) to clash with the Red Devils in a 1A D-II Region 8 game on Tuesday, September 20. The Red Devils come into the game with a record of 10-4. Lincoln County won 15-3 in their recent league game against Georgia School for Innovation & Classics (Hephzibah, GA)
