September 17, 2022: Brownsville, TX 78520 In Saturday's non-league contest, the Hanna Golden Eagles (Brownsville, TX) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting La Joya Coyotes (La Joya, TX), by a margin of 3-0.
Next up, the Golden Eagles battle the San Benito Greyhounds (San Benito, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 32 contest, on Tuesday, September 20. Hanna will attempt to better on its 2-14 season record. The Greyhounds go into the contest with a 3-9 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Edinburg North (Edinburg, TX).
With the loss, La Joya moves to 1-6 on the year. The Coyotes travel to Edinburg North (Edinburg, TX) to battle the Cougars in a 6A Region IV District 31 contest on Saturday, September 24. The Cougars go into the contest with a record of 16-8. Edinburg North lost 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Los Fresnos (Los Fresnos, TX)
