September 17, 2022: Chesapeake, VA 23325 Indian River Braves (Chesapeake, VA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Norfolk Christian Ambassadors (Norfolk, VA), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Braves clash with the Oscar Smith Tigers (Chesapeake, VA) in a Southeastern match, on Tuesday, September 20. Indian River will attempt to advance on its 4-4 season record. The Tigers come into the match with a 2-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to York (Yorktown, VA).
With the loss, Norfolk Christian drops to 6-7 on the campaign.
