September 17, 2024: Amanda, OH 43102 Amanda-Clearcreek Aces (Amanda, OH) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Grove City Christian Eagles (Grove City, OH), 5-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Amanda-Clearcreek advances its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Aces travel to Bishop Rosecrans (Zanesville, OH) to clash with the Bishops in a Mid-State - Buckeye test on Saturday, September 21. The Bishops come into the test with a record of 8-0. Bishop Rosecrans won 5-0 in their recent non-league test against River Valley (Caledonia, OH)
The Eagles now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Westfall for a non-league test on Thursday, September 19. Grove City Christian will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 0-0 non-league Cristo Rey (Columbus, OH). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-6.
