September 17, 2024: Silver Spring, MD 20906 Blair Blazers (Silver Spring, MD) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Wheaton Knights (Silver Spring, MD), 5-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Blair moves its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Blazers host Whitman (Bethesda, MD) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 24. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 5-0. Whitman won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Quince Orchard (Gaithersburg, MD)
The Knights now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Richard Montgomery for a non-league test on Saturday, September 28. Wheaton will clash with a Rockets team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Bethesda-Chevy Chase (Bethesda, MD). The Rockets record now stands at 4-1.
