September 17, 2024: Huntingtown, MD 20639 Calvert Cavaliers (Prince Frederick, MD) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Huntingtown Hurricanes (Huntingtown, MD), 2-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Calvert advances its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to North Point (Waldorf, MD) to clash with the Eagles in a Southern Maryland test on Thursday, September 19. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-2. North Point lost 4-0 in their recent league test against Leonardtown (Leonardtown, MD)
The Hurricanes now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Leonardtown for a Southern Maryland test on Thursday, September 19. Huntingtown will clash with a Raiders team coming off a 8-0 league win over Lackey (Indian Head, MD). The Raiders record now stands at 3-0.
