Tennessee High School Soccer - Franklin County knocks off Mount Juliet
September 17, 2024: Winchester, TN 37398 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Franklin County Rebels (Winchester, TN) and the visiting Mount Juliet Golden Bears (Mt. Juliet, TN), saw Franklin County's soccer squad knock off Mount Juliet by a count of 4-1.
The Rebels (9-2) will now prepare for their battle against Central Magnet (Murfreesboro, TN). The enter the AA District 8 battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, Central Magnet by Tullahoma (Tullahoma, TN), 2-1, in a league battle.
Next up, the Golden Bears battle the Gallatin Green Wave (Gallatin, TN) in a AAA District 9 battle, on Thursday, September 19. Mount Juliet will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Green Wave enter the battle with a 6-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Greenwood (Bowling Green, KY).
