September 17, 2025: Queen Creek, AZ 85142 Casteel Colts (Queen Creek, AZ) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Red Mountain Mountain Lions (Mesa, AZ), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Casteel improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Colts travel to Basha (Chandler, AZ) to face the Bears in a test on Wednesday, October 8. The Bears go into the test with a record of 6-3.
The Mountain Lions now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Skyline for a challenge on Tuesday, September 23. Red Mountain will meet a Coyotes team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Red Mountain (Mesa, AZ). The Coyotes record now stands at 0-1.
