The Service Cougars edged the visiting Chugiak Mustangs flag football team by a score of 20-13 in Wednesday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars face the West Anchorage Eagles (Anchorage, AK) in a Cook Inlet outing, on Thursday, September 18. Service will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record. The Eagles come into the outing with a 8-4 record after their 32-25 league win over Bartlett (Anchorage, AK).

With the defeat, Chugiak drops to 2-11 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to South Anchorage (Anchorage, AK) to clash with the Wolverines in a Cook Inlet outing on Saturday, September 20. The Wolverines come into the outing with a record of 9-3. South Anchorage won 46-0 in their recent league outing against Bartlett (Anchorage, AK)
