In Wednesday's league match, the host Russell County Warriors flag football squad scored a decisive 44-0 victory over the Percy Julian Phoenix.

The Warriors (5-4) will now prepare for their match against Opelika (Opelika, AL). The Bulldogs enter the match with a 1-3 record. In their last match, Opelika routed Northside Methodist Academy (Dothan, AL), 32-6, in a non-league match.
