September 17, 2025: Plainfield, IL 60585 Sandburg Eagles (Orland Park, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Plainfield North Tigers (Plainfield, IL), 2-0 in a non-league outing.
The Eagles (7-1) will now prepare for their outing against Lockport (Lockport, IL). The Porters go into the SouthWest Suburban Blue outing with a 4-2 record.
Next up, the Tigers play the Oswego East Wolves (Oswego, IL) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 20. Plainfield North will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record. The Wolves go into the outing with a 4-3 record after their 2-0 league loss to Joliet Central (Joliet, IL).
