September 17, 2025: Palos Hills, IL 60465 The Taft Eagles soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host Stagg Chargers to 1 in the Eagles non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Eagles now possess a 8-0 record. They play next when they host Curie for a Chicago Public Premier Northwest bout on Thursday, September 18. Taft will play a Condors squad coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Brother Rice (Chicago, IL). The Condors record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, Stagg moves to 6-1 on the year. The Chargers host Bradley-Bourbonnais (Bradley, IL) to face the Boilermakers in a SouthWest Suburban Blue game on Saturday, September 20. The Boilermakers come into the game with a record of 9-4. Bradley-Bourbonnais won 4-1 in their recent non-league game against Manteno (Manteno, IL)
