Nevada High School Soccer - Sunrise Mountain knocks off Valley
September 17, 2025: Las Vegas, NV 89142 In Wednesday's league outing, the host Sunrise Mountain Miners soccer team scored a close 5-1 triumph over the Valley Vikings.
With the triumph, Sunrise Mountain advances its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Miners travel to Del Sol (Las Vegas, NV) to clash with the Dragons in a non-league test on Thursday, September 25. The Dragons come into the test with a record of 1-5. Del Sol lost 7-3 in their recent league test against Foothill (Henderson, NV)
The Vikings now have a 0-7 record. They play next when they host Southeast Career Tech for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 18. Valley will play a Roadrunners squad coming off a 8-0 league win over Silverado (Las Vegas, NV). The Roadrunners record now stands at 5-4.
