September 17, 2025: Tunnel Hill, GA 30755 Gordon Lee Trojans (Chickamauga, GA) fans exited the stadium satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their softball team run past the host Northwest Whitfield Bruins (Tunnel Hill, GA), 11-0 in a non-league match.
The Trojans (18-4) will now prepare for their match against Chattooga (Summerville, GA). The Indians come into the 1A D-I Region 7 match with a 9-5 record. In their last match, Chattooga notched a victory over Christian Heritage (Dalton, GA), 10-3, in a league match.
In their next game, the Bruins battle the Ridgeland Panthers (Rossville, GA) in a 3A Region 7 match, on Thursday, September 18. Northwest Whitfield will attempt to better on its 6-13 season record. The Panthers come into the match with a 7-11 record after their 7-3 league loss to Northwest Whitfield (Tunnel Hill, GA).
