September 17, 2025: Webb, MS 38966 The West Tallahatchie Choctaws (Webb, MS) volleyball knocked off the visiting Rosa Fort Lions (Tunica, MS), 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Choctaws now possess a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Houlka for a Class 1A Region 4 bout on Tuesday, September 23. West Tallahatchie will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 league loss to West Bolivar (Rosedale, MS). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-10.
With the loss, Rosa Fort drops to 0-6 on the campaign. The Lions host Byhalia (Byhalia, MS) to confront the Indians in a Class 4A Region 3 match on Tuesday, September 23. The Indians enter the match with a record of 2-11. Byhalia lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Senatobia (Senatobia, MS)
