The Chester Clippers held off the visiting Interboro Buccaneers football team by a count of 28-27 in Saturday's league outing.

With the win, Chester upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Clippers host Oxford (Oxford, PA) to encounter the Hornets in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 25. The Hornets go into the outing with a record of 4-1. Oxford won 21-14 in their recent league outing against East (West Chester, PA)
