California High School Volleyball - Del Mar can't hold off Chico

In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Chico Panthers volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Del Mar Dons.

The Panthers (13-5) will now prepare for their battle against Shasta (Redding, CA). The Wolves come into the Eastern battle with a 3-4 record.

Next, the Dons clash with the Leland Chargers (San Jose, CA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 21. Del Mar will attempt to advance on its 8-9 season record. The Chargers come into the battle with a 6-6 record after their 3-1 league loss to Branham (San Jose, CA).
