The Panthers now possess a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Opp for a non-league game on Saturday, September 18. Smiths Station will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Straughn (Andalusia, AL). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-6.
The Bulldogs (13-3) will now prepare for their game against Ashford (Ashford, AL). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league game with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Ashford was tipped by Geneva (Geneva, AL), 3-2, in a league contest.
