Ohio High School Soccer - Bexley knocks off Franklin Heights
September 18, 2024: Columbus, OH 43204 The Bexley Lions soccer squad scored 7 points and held the host Franklin Heights Falcons to 1 in the Lions league victory on Wednesday.
The Lions now hold a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Olentangy Orange for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 21. Bexley will play a Pioneers squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over St. Charles (Columbus, OH). The Pioneers record now stands at 9-2.
With the loss, Franklin Heights moves to 2-9 on the year. The Falcons travel to Worthington Christian (Worthington, OH) to play the Warriors in a Freelance bout on Wednesday, September 25. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 7-1. Worthington Christian won 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Bishop Hartley (Columbus, OH)
