The Elgin Maroons soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting St. Charles East Fighting Saints to 0 in the Maroons non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Maroons now hold a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Leyden for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 19. Elgin will play a Eagles squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Timothy Christian (Elmhurst, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 9-0.
