With the win, Franklin advances its record to 3-1 on the season. The Cougars host Coronado (El Paso, TX) to play the Thunderbirds in a 6A Region I District 1 battle on Thursday, September 25. The Thunderbirds come into the match with a record of 1-3. Coronado won 40-20 in their recent non-league match against Parkland (El Paso, TX)
