The Potlatch Loggers football team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Lapwai Wildcats to 0 in the Loggers league win on Thursday.

In their next game, the Loggers play the Deary Mustangs (Deary, ID) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 26. Potlatch will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 18-12 league win over Timberline (Weippe, ID).

The Wildcats (0-5) will now prepare for their test against Kendrick (Kendrick, ID). The Tigers come into the 2A Central Idaho (8 Man) test with a 4-0 record. In their last test, Kendrick triumphed over Clearwater Valley (Kooskia, ID), 102-0, in a league test.
