September 18, 2025: Newberg, OR 97132 The Newberg Tigers soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Sprague Olympians to 0 in the Tigers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Tigers now hold a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to St. Mary's Academy for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 23. Newberg will play a Blues team coming off a 1-1 non-league Forest Grove (Forest Grove, OR). The Blues record now stands at 3-1.
The Olympians (1-5) will now prepare for their game against McNary (Keizer, OR). The Celtics enter the 6A Central Valley game with a 2-3 record.
