North Carolina High School Football - Fairmont can't hold off St. Pauls
September 18, 2025: St. Pauls, NC 28384 The St. Pauls Bulldogs got by the visiting Fairmont Golden Tornadoes football team by a score of 20-18 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bulldogs face the E.E. Smith Golden Bulls (Fayetteville, NC) in a challenge, on Thursday, October 2. St. Pauls will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Golden Bulls come into the test with a 1-2 record after their 26-22 non-league win over Gray's Creek (Hope Mills, NC).
With the defeat, Fairmont drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Golden tornadoes travel to South Columbus (Tabor City, NC) to meet the Stallions in a non-league test on Thursday, October 2. The Stallions come into the test with a record of 0-3. South Columbus lost 22-21 in their recent non-league test against East Bladen (Elizabethtown, NC)
