September 18, 2025: Raleigh, NC 27607 Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders (Raleigh, NC) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Heritage Huskies (Wake Forest, NC), 5-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Cardinal Gibbons moves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Southern School of Energy and Sustainability (Durham, NC) to meet the Spartans in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 23. The Spartans enter the outing with a record of 4-2. Southern School of Energy and Sustainability won 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against Western Alamance (Elon, NC)
Next up, the Huskies confront the East Wake Warriors (Wendell, NC) in a non-league outing, on Monday, September 22. Heritage will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Warriors come into the test with a 3-4 record after their 1-1 non-league Sanderson (Raleigh, NC).
