September 18, 2025: Hagerstown, MD 21740 The Grace Academy Knights soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Catoctin Cougars to 1 in the Knights non-league victory on Thursday.
The Knights now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Clear Spring for a non-league bout on Monday, September 22. Grace Academy will play a Blazers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Walkersville (Walkersville, MD). The Blazers record now stands at 3-2.
With the loss, Catoctin moves to 1-3 on the year. The Cougars host Smithsburg (Smithsburg, MD) to face the Leopards in a Class 1A West II game on Monday, September 22. The Leopards come into the game with a record of 1-5. Smithsburg lost 5-0 in their recent non-league game against Williamsport (Williamsport, MD)
