September 18, 2025: Ephrata, PA 17522 The Shalom Christian Academy Flames (Chambersburg, PA) soccer nipped the host Ephrata Mennonite Legends (Ephrata, PA), 3-2 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Flames now hold a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Cumberland Valley Christian for a non-league contest on Friday, September 19. Shalom Christian Academy will face a Blazers team coming off a 5-0 league loss to Calvary Christian Academy (Cresaptown, MD). The Blazers record now stands at 4-5.
The Legends (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lancaster County Christian (Lancaster, PA). The Lions enter the Commonwealth Christian contest with a 8-1 record. In their last contest, Lancaster County Christian held off New Covenant Christian (Lebanon, PA), 2-1, in a league contest.
