Illinois High School Soccer - Ridgewood toppled by Saint Viator
September 18, 2025: Norridge, IL 60706 Saint Viator Lions (Arlington Heights, IL) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Ridgewood Rebels (Norridge, IL), 4-0 in a non-league outing.
The Lions (7-0) will now prepare for their outing against Niles Notre Dame (Niles, IL). The Dons go into the East Suburban Catholic outing with a 5-4 record. In their last outing, Niles Notre Dame by St. Patrick (Chicago, IL), 4-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Rebels confront the Glenbard South Raiders (Glen Ellyn, IL) in a Upstate Eight - East outing, on Tuesday, September 23. Ridgewood will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Raiders go into the outing with a 2-5 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Marmion (Aurora, IL).
