Kerman Lions (Kerman, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Caruthers Blue Raiders (Caruthers, CA), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Kerman improves its record to 13-6 on the season. The Lions travel to Kennedy (Delano, CA) to meet the Thunderbirds in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 20. The Thunderbirds come into the challenge with a record of 3-7. Kennedy won 3-2 in their recent league challenge against Wasco (Wasco, CA)

Next, the Blue Raiders meet the Parlier Panthers (Parlier, CA) in a Northwest Sequoia challenge, on Monday, September 22. Caruthers will attempt to upgrade on its 13-9 season record.
