Everest Collegiate (Clarkston, MI) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host University Liggett Knights (Grosse Pointe Woods, MI), 3-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Everest Collegiate upgrades its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The host Bishop Foley (Madison Heights, MI) to face the Ventures in a non-league test on Saturday, September 20. The Ventures go into the challenge with a record of 3-10. Bishop Foley lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Lutheran North (Macomb, MI)

Next, the Knights play the Austin Catholic Crusaders (Chesterfield, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 20. University Liggett will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 3-1 league win over Cardinal Mooney Catholic (Marine City, MI).
