September 19, 2023: Powers, MI 49874 The North Central Jets volleyball team (Powers, MI), went down 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Mid Peninsula Wolverines (Rock, MI)
The Wolverines (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Big Bay de Noc (Cooks, MI). The Black Bears come into the Freelance challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Big Bay de Noc defeated Nah Tah Wahsh (Wilson, MI), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Jets encounter the Rapid River Rockets (Rapid River, MI) in a Skyline match, on Thursday, September 21. North Central will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record. The Rockets come into the match with a 1-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Munising (Munising, MI).
