September 19, 2024: Tulsa, OK 74112 The East Central Cardinals football squad scored 21 points and limited the host Will Rogers College Ropers to 0 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Cardinals now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shawnee for a 5A District 3 test on Friday, September 27. East Central will meet a Wolves squad coming off a 21-7 non-league win over Duncan (Duncan, OK). The Wolves record now stands at 2-1.
With the defeat, Will Rogers College drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Ropers travel to Pryor (Pryor, OK) to meet the Tigers in a 5A District 4 test on Friday, September 27. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 2-1. Pryor won 39-14 in their recent non-league test against Glenpool (Glenpool, OK)
