California High School Football - Hoover beat Madera South

September 19, 2024: Fresno, CA 93710

The Hoover Patriots football squad scored 35 points and limited the visiting Madera South Stallions to 20 in the Patriots league triumph on Thursday.

The Patriots now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sanger West for a North Yosemite test on Friday, September 27. Hoover will clash with a Hornets squad coming off a 55-0 league loss to Roosevelt (Fresno, CA). The Hornets record now stands at 0-4.

With the defeat, Madera South drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Stallions host Sunnyside (Fresno, CA) to clash with the Wildcats in a North Yosemite test on Friday, September 27. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 4-0. Sunnyside won 13-6 in their recent league test against McLane (Fresno, CA)
